Although the peak months of tourism are July and August, Ireland is breathtaking all times of the year. Spring flowers are at their best in April and May while festivals are popular in July & August. During the fall the air is crisp and the weather is perfect for morning strolls.
There are no hard and fast rules about tipping in Ireland. Most restaurants add a Service Charge or factor in a decent wage for employees but if you are unsure a 10-15% tip can be paid.
